India is second in global food production, but Many people suffer from
hunger in India. Whose numbers are more than the population of African
countries Ethiopia or Sudan. Today 60 percent of Indian children are
malnourished and second side total production of food grains grew very
well. The total production of food grains in 1951-52 was 5.09 million tonnes. Which
increased 23.38 million tonnes per cent respectively in 2008-2009. Who reached
25.9 million tonnes in 2013. Similarly, there has been substantial improvement
in productivity per hectare. According data the food grain production in
1950-51 was 522 kg per hectare, which increased in 2008-2009 was 1,893 kg per
hectare. It means no shortage of resources in India. We cannot used properly
and It is the responsibility use all resources with respect.
Most of us think that the
government has an Liability to reach out to the people of Grain. Yes it is
right, Governance have look at supply system. Several tonnes of food gets
spoiled in India and also thrown several tons because of not proper utilization.
On the back of this food waste is the only system of government failure. It

On the happy occasions we are
responsible for the waste of food. Another survey respondents nearly 75 percent
said buffet (a western pattern) is higher meal dissipation system and according
to the World Food Organization food waste every year in India is Rs 50,000
crore & According to the UNDP - United Nations Development Programme , 40% of
food is wasted in India.
